Local authorities covered by a contract with Citeo or Adelphe: primarily the EPCIs (inter-municipal bodies) and groupings responsible for collection or sanitation, or municipalities that hold that responsibility alone.

Sorting bins, bin shelters, drop-off bring banks, containers and bag holders (under conditions). Two options: purchase by the local authority with flat-rate funding depending on streams and equipment, or the Citeo/Adelphe catalogue (bin shelters and above-ground bring banks, not eligible for ERPs).
