Yes. Since 1 January 2025, textiles have been among the waste every business must sort at source, alongside paper, metals, plastics, glass, wood and biowaste. This covers natural fibres (cotton, wool, linen, silk), synthetic fibres (polyester, polyamide, acrylic) and man-made fibres such as viscose. SService-Public

In practice
Textiles are rarely an everyday recycling-bin stream in an office: they go to a dedicated collection (workwear, linen, hotel textiles). The obligation remains to keep them separate from other waste.
