# Terms and conditions of sale

## Seller
PoubelleTri, 10 rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France — commandes@poubelletri.fr. Direct manufacturer: products designed in France and made in Spain.

## Prix
Prices in euros excluding VAT. French VAT of 20% added when ordering. Delivery charged extra, confirmed before dispatch.

## Ordering and payment
Payment by card or bank transfer. An order paid by bank transfer goes into production on receipt of funds. An invoice excl. VAT is issued for each order.

## Production and delivery
Products made to order; indicative delivery in 8 to 10 weeks from order confirmation.

## Customised products
Products made to the customer's specifications (colours, pictograms, RAL colours, customisation) cannot be returned or exchanged, except for lack of conformity.

## Warranty
Legal guarantee of conformity and guarantee against hidden defects under the applicable law.

## Governing law
French law.
